Quinoa Salad w/ avocados, onion, cucumber, cilantro, spinach, salt pepper, vinegar, black pepper, lemon juice and sea salt.

Lunch for Today: September 4, 2014

Green beans pilaf: heat oil season with cumin hing turmeric biryani pulav masala add green beans stir few minutes. Add washed and soaked rice and salt. Then transfer this into a rice cooker and cook till done.

Black beans salsa with chopped onion tomatoes olives lemon juice salt and pepper. Made this tonight for school tomo. Kids will take pita chips to go along with this for lunch.

Lunch for today September 2, 2014

Homemade Spinach Tortilla wrap with stir fried cauliflower and corn dry curry ( these veggies are the ones that were left in the fridge) and pesto as a spread. Would go great with hummus, green chutney, any other dry curry.
